The AIMS program is a highly structured program that stresses strong academics. Children are admitted to the program in grade 5 and attend through grade 8. The program provides 5,6, 7 and 8th grade students with the basic core curriculum and is enriched, enhanced and supplemented so that it serves the needs of a more academically advanced student population. It is designed to give students the skills needed for entrance into the special admission high schools in Philadelphia.
